How It Works
You can book play sessions via our online booking calendar. We offer both standard play sessions and themed play sessions. These run for 1.5 hours at specified times. The timings can be found on the booking calendar.
Upon booking, you will be sent a confirmation email with a QR code. Make sure you bring this along with you when you visit. You don’t need to print any emails as we can scan them from your mobile device.
Arriving at Hugo's
On arrival, you will find parking at the front of Hugo’s. There is also an overflow car park at the back of the site.
Please enter at your allocated time. We will not allow entrance prior to the session start time as we will be busy making sure the play areas are tidy and set up for you!
When you enter, we will request to scan your QR code. Once this has been completed, we will ask you to remove your shoes before going off to explore! This is to help us keep the play areas clean and tidy, so please remember to pack your socks!
We take no responsibility for loss or damage to valuable items, therefore, if they are not needed, please leave these at home.
We will have different play areas set up throughout Hugo’s to meet the requirements of all ages. If you would like a run through of what we have on offer, a staff member will be more than happy to assist on the day.
We have toilet and nappy changing facilities on site. We kindly ask that you bring your own nappies, however, these can be disposed of within the bins provided.
Refreshments
If during your visit you fancy something to eat or drink, we offer this on site and have a designated area. We have items available for both adults and children.
High chairs are also available. Visitors are able to bring their own snacks, however, we kindly ask these are only consumed within our eating area. This is due to allergens and health and safety requirements.
When you reach the end of your play session, we kindly ask that you collect your belongings and leave promptly. This allows us to get ready for the next little visitors!
Our hot drinks are available to take away, therefore, should you wish to enjoy one on the journey home, please ask a staff member and they will pop this in a take away cup for you.
And lastly… If you are planning on returning, get a stamp on one of our loyalty cards! You will receive a free drink after your 4th visit and a free play session after your 8th visit.
