Your Visit
Hugo’s is open from Monday to Saturday, however, private hire is available on a Sunday, upon request.
Play sessions must be booked online prior to visiting. Walk-ins are unfortunately not accepted, to enable us to manage capacity and provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Play sessions run for 1.5 hours, however, the times of the sessions vary, therefore, please refer to the booking calendar to check our availability. If we are fully booked or closed for private hire, the time slot will show as unavailable.
We accept children up to the age of 6 years old.
Standard Sessions
Our standard play sessions are priced as follows:
- Birth to 12 months £5.00
- 13-18 months £6.00
- 19 months to 6 years £7.00
- Adult £2.50 - Max 2 per booking
Children under the age of 6 months are free to attend with an older paying sibling. Please add the booking to your basket and this will automatically be removed at check out. However, if you are attending solely with your baby under 6 months, you are required to book and pay for the session.
For families with 2 or more children, you can use our discount code of FAMILY20 to get 20% off your booking. Please enter this at the checkout.
Within our standard play sessions, you will find that we offer a range of creative, messy, sensory and imaginative play, alongside small world and other resources, to provide open-ended activities for the children.
We regularly rotate our toys, resources and the experiences that we offer, to continue to create the excitement of playing at Hugo’s!

Our themed play sessions offer something a little extra! You can expect to see themed sensory play, messy play and imaginary play experiences, keepsake art, themed photo opportunities and much more!

Birthday Parties / Exclusive Hire
Have you got a birthday or event coming up and need a venue? Well look no further…
We would love to host your birthday party or event at Hugo’s. Who doesn’t love a good party?
Exclusive hire of Hugo’s can be provided as follows:
- 90 minutes for £125.00, to include 10 children.
- 2 hours for £150.00, to include 10 children.
We provide the atmosphere and play space, along with tables, chairs, cups, plates and bowls. The rest is then down to you to personalise for your event.
Oh and don’t worry, we do all of the tidying up too!
